Also, because we are obsessed with all things coffee - everything from selecting the best beans to choosing the best roasting method to ensuring that your coffee gets to you shortly after roasting and while it is in the optimum freshness window for your enjoyment.  See?  We do love you!

What Method is Used to Roast the Coffee Beans?

We use Fluid Bed Roasting, a unique and innovative roasting method that results in superior tasting coffee!

What is Fluid Bed Roasting?

Fluid Bed Roasting uses a stream of hot air to evenly roast the coffee beans. In this method, the chaff is removed from the beans, which reduces bitterness and produces a smooth and delicious cup of coffee.  Fluid Bed Roasting allows the small craft roaster more control over the roasting process, which allows development of more complex flavor profiles and better flavor development.  All of which means joy and happiness in your cup!

What Grind Level Should I Choose?   

Espresso Grind is a fine grind suitable for use in espresso machines.

Drip Grind is a medium grind suitable for use in most home brew methods, including drip coffee makers, pour overs, and single use refillable pods (k-cups). 

French Press Grind is a coarse grind best for French Press or Cold Brew methods.

Whole Bean lets you keep your beans as fresh as possible and grind your own! 

What can you tell me about Shipping my Order?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $60!

Shipping is one low flat rate for all orders $60 and under, everywhere in the U.S.

We select the best shipping method for your package at time of shipping to ensure you get your coffee fresh and ready to brew!

What Should I do with my Coffee Once I Get It?

Drink it, of course!  But until you do, keep it in an airtight and opaque container and store it in a cool, dry place (not the refrigerator!)  Oxygen, light, and humidity are all enemies of your coffee's quality and freshness.

What is your Return Policy?

Coffee can't be returned or exchanged.  If you are unhappy with your coffee order, email us at support@obsessivecoffeedisorder.com and we will make it right.
