Every roast in our lineup is air roasted in small batches and shipped fresh. That's not a marketing line. It's how we keep our coffee smooth, full of flavor, and free of the bitter aftertaste that most coffee leaves behind.

Air roasting removes the papery chaff from the beans before it can burn. Burnt chaff is what makes most coffee taste harsh. We skip that step entirely, and you can taste the difference from the first cup.

Our collection includes dark roasts like Afraid of the Dark and Dark Passenger, medium roasts like Happy Medium, medium-darks like Designated Driver and Day Dream, light roasts like Ritual at Dawn and Then It Dawned On Me, a light-and-dark blend called It’s Complicated, our rotating single-origin Motley Brew, sugarcane-process decaf (The Devil Made Me Decaf), and flavored coffees in our Side Quest line.

Everything is available as whole bean or ground for drip, espresso, or French press. We roast specialty grade, 100% Arabica beans sourced from trusted growing regions, and a portion of every purchase supports mental health nonprofits.
