This roast is especially close to our hearts - because it carries the face of our dog Dylan, who we lost to cancer in 2024. Dylan was our happy place, and now he’s the heart of Happy Medium. In his honor, we’re donating a portion of every Happy Medium sale to Nashville Therapy Pets, a nonprofit that brings comfort and connection through certified therapy animals. Smooth and tasty!

I was excited about trying this coffee since I love a low-acid coffee that's not bitter. Throw in the chocolate flavor and I'm all in! I did a cold brew for 24 hours in my Toddy setup and I must say this really met and possibly exceeded my expectations. Thanks for making something that lives up to the hype! I'm so glad I tried this out.

Ordering Since Leaving Tennessee

Up until mid-February, I was a able to get their coffee locally at the farmer's market or even delivered to my house near their location.

When we moved, I knew I had become spoiled (Obsessed if you will) with their coffee and decided I would continue receiving it through the mail. Am I SO glad I did! I love their coffee! It is worth ordering online!

We went on a short vacation this past weekend and used the K-cups provided by the owner of the property. No comparison. I will take my OCD with me wherever I go from now on!
