We air roast. Instead of tumbling in a hot metal drum, our beans roast while they float on a column of hot air. What you get is a clean, smooth cup that's easy to drink every day, black or with cream and sugar.
We roast in small batches at our roastery in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and pack every order by hand. Your coffee shows up a lot fresher than anything sitting on a grocery store shelf.
